Refund Policy
All purchases are made from Wager Talk Media, LP, the parent company of Picks and Parlays. Your order(s) will appear on your credit card statement as WT/SM* PICKS AND PAR.
All Sales are Final and products are sold "as is". Once a product or service has been purchased, delivered, and/or viewed, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued due to restrictions imposed by Federal and/or local regulatory agencies, including but not limited to:
- In-state collegiate teams and events
- In-state Professional teams and events
- Wager or Sub-Wager Type
- Lack of access to authorized operators
- Undelivered email or SMS notifications as we are unable to guarantee the deliverability and/or restrictions set forth by your provider.
